A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao\, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart\, elevate mood and expand consciousness. We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines. \nBefore drinking the cacao\, you will be guided to set a personal intention for what you wish to call into your life or for what you wish to release during ceremony. \nAfter the cacao ceremony we will join together in a group meditation bringing stillness to our bodies and minds.
