Monica and I are honored to host our dear friend\, Kourtney O’Reilly\, creator of The Kollective at The House of Light Healing Center for a magical evening of Sacred Ceremony and Spinal Energetics. \nThis collaboration is a journey to the body\, through the body\, and encourages profound healing. Kourtney O’Reilly is Michigan’s only Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner\, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach\, Registered Yoga Teacher at Intentional Yoga in Portage\, MI and a Reiki Master. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao\, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart\, elevate mood and expand consciousness. We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines. \nBefore drinking the cacao we will encourage you to set an intention for healing to help guide the intuitive wisdom of the plants. \nAfter our Cacao Ceremony\, Kourtney will take us on a transformative journey with a Group Spinal Energetics session. Group Spinal Energetics is an experience that must be felt! Everyone has their own experience\, although it is elevated by the “Kollective” energy in the room. You will be immersed with vibration\, sounds\, scents\, and support throughout your experience. Monica and Lindsey will be supporting Kourtney with hands on Reiki to help move and transmute any heavy emotions or stagnant energy that may be causing dissonance in the body. \nOnce the group session has come to an end\, Kourtney will gently guide us back into our bodies. You will have an opportunity to share your experience\, if you are feeling called to do so. \nWhat is Spinal Energetics? \nSpinal Energetics is a new somatic modality used to release stress\, trauma\, grief\, and old stories that may be stored in the physical body and keeping you unconsciously stuck. It is designed to balance your nervous system by accessing your physical body and energetic field. All you have to do is lay comfortably and breathe. Your body will guide you. It improves clarity and connection to your body\, heart\, soul & purpose. This modality harnesses a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.
