This experience combines ceremonial grade cacao, acudetox therapy, and an immersion of music, sounds and instruments. This 60 minute musical journey paired with Auricular Acupuncture is sure to leave your nervous system feeling balanced and your heart and mind resting in the frequency of love
What to expect: We will begin the evening with an opening circle and Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Lindsey. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart and elevate consciousness. We also utilize a plant called Blue Lotus Flower. This powerful plant is an empathogen that opens the crown chakra, promotes relaxation, eases anxiety, aids in sleeping, enhances mood and encourages lucid dreaming.
This experience will take place on zero gravity chairs so your body is comfortable for the journey. Once we drink the cacao, we take you on a musical journey through the mind, body and heart. As old traumas and emotions begin to leave the body you will be supported with hands-on Reiki and a variety of healing aromas. As the evening concludes and needles are removed, we will begin to integrate this experience surrounded by the vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls and a variety of chimes played by Monica. Once the sound immersion is complete, we will come together in gratitude for a beautiful closing ceremony an optional opportunity to share your experience with the group.
What is Acudetox Therapy: The Acudetox Protocol is a non-verbal approach to healing by way of detoxing the body. It involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear: Sympathetic Nervous System, Shen Men, Kidney, Liver, and Lung. The recipients sit quietly in a peaceful and meditative group setting. The acupuncture needles typically stay in place for 30 to 45 minutes. What to bring: We will provide everything you need for comfort however, if you have a favorite blanket or pillow, you are welcome to bring them. We will provide zero gravity chairs and eye pillows, as well as a variety of blankets and pillows.
