Cacao Ceremony & Sound Immersion
We hope that you can join us for this beautiful Cacao Ceremony and Sound Immersion where we will join together to love ourselves deeply, bring balance to our nervous systems and peace to our hearts and minds as we prepare for the season on winter. A time to relax, reset and go inward.
What To Expect
We will begin the evening with a sacred Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Monica and Lindsey. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart, elevate mood and expand consciousness. We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines.
Before drinking the cacao, you will be guided to set a personal intention for what you wish to call into your life or for what you wish to release during ceremony.
After the cacao ceremony we will join together in a group meditation bringing stillness to our bodies and minds. We will immerse the senses with music, scents and sounds such as tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, drums, gongs and chimes.
Our evening will conclude with a sharing circle and opportunity to begin integrating this beautiful experience.
