During a Thai Yoga session, the client lies on a soft mat while the practitioner uses various techniques, including compression, stretching, pulling, and rocking the body as well as applying pressure to certain energy points. With gentle stretches combined with Hatha Yoga, one can return to a balanced and harmonious state within both mind and body.
